You might want to try this sight:

I haven't used it myself, but it puports to have an Excel Password 
Remover....

Simplest way is to select the entire contents by clicking on the "Select
All" button of the protected sheet, copy & paste into a new sheet/workbook
(remember to paste formats, etc too).  Then you'll have an unprotected
replica.
